Hi, I’m Rachael Hess, a passionate and experienced lash tech and educator with over four years in the beauty industry. I specialize in creating natural, wispy lash sets that enhance your features with a soft, effortless look—my signature style. I’m skilled in working with multiple curl types to customize each set and achieve the perfect blend of lift, length, and volume. My focus is on styling lash extensions to enhance your natural beauty, giving you beautifully defined eyes without sacrificing a natural appearance. Becoming a successful lash artist didn’t happen overnight. I started my journey in aesthetician school, lashing clients from my living room, fueled by passion and a dream. It took me about a year of hard work, dedication, and countless hours of practice to start getting fully booked. But every challenge taught me something valuable, and I wouldn’t change a single step of the journey. Along the way, I’ve met so many amazing people and built lasting connections that continue to inspire me every day. Now, as the owner of Honey Lashes, I’m proud to say I’ve grown my business from my living room to a beautiful suite with two rooms, and I’m looking to expand my team this summer. Over the last four years, my lash business has thrived beyond my expectations, and I’m so grateful to be consistently booked and busy—with a waitlist to prove it! As a lash educator, I’m dedicated to helping aspiring lash artists build their own success stories. The beauty industry is constantly thriving and prospering, and with hard work and commitment, there’s always an opportunity to grow. My comprehensive four-day in-person training is designed to equip you with the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the industry. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hour window, your card will be ran for 50% of the service amount. If you no show or cancel day of your appointment your card will be ran for 100% of the service amount. NO KIDS. If you show up with your child you will be charged 100% of the service and asked to reschedule. If you were sick and I noticed you were sick in my chair you will be charged 50% or more of the service and asked to leave and reschedule. If you’re more than 10 minutes late I may not be able to accommodate your service fully or at all, and your card will be charged 50% of the service and you can reschedule. There are no exceptions. By putting your card info and scheduling your appointment you are agreeing to these terms. These terms are non-negotiable. Please come to every appointment with lashes cleaned. This means no make up, no oils, no lotions. No exceptions. Please come with no contacts in. It can be a danger. Honey Lashes LLC will not be reliable. All services are non refundable.
